Phoenix Media Folk Meet Up!
Finally! A community comes together.
Awhile back, Clintus McGintus and I figured out we’re both in the Phoenix metro area and we’ve been trying to get together but our schedules don’t mesh up.
So he emails me and tells me Steve Garfield will be at the Valley Ho at ZuZu’s, and we decide to meet each other and Steve at the same time.
Steve arrives with Carol, and then all these other people recognize them, and ooh la la, we’ve got a party of seven Phoenicians and two Bostonians and it’s a big two hour rap and we’ve all got a bunch of new friends. I had no clue so many people would show up.
Kick ass! And thanks to Steve and Carol for catalyzing Phoenix to come together.
